How do I login to my account?
You don't! We don't use customer logins, we track accounts internally. When submitting your first payment and report request an internal account will be created with the customer information you provide. Please use the same contact information to avoid confusion and processing delays.
How do I know how many report credits I have left?
Credit balances are provided after each report is completed and sent via email. Please refer to your last completed report email for your updated credit balance.
Can I email my report requests directly to Parcel Review?
We do NOT accept requests via email as there is a chance they will be marked as spam or be overlooked by mistake. All requests must be submitted via our website submission form or they will not be processed.
How long will it take to get my report?
Your report request will be processed and completed within 5-7 business days after being received. If you haven't received an email within 7 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us via the home page for an update. Please keep in mind that county departments are closed on weekends and federal holidays.
Will a copy of the current deed be provided in my due diligence report?
A copy of the current deed will be provided when available at no cost from the county. If there are fees involved to obtain documents, the deed will not be included in your due diligence report but we will provide the deed information for your reference.
How far back do your title reports go, how many deed copies are included?
This will vary depending on the county. Our team is limited to county resources and their online record database. Some counties have online records going back decades and others may only list the most current deed information. If fees are involved to obtain deed copies, we will cover the cost and obtain the current deed copy and list previous deed information when available. If there are no fees to obtain deed copies, we will go as far back as county records allow.
NOTE: Some counties require deed copy requests to be physically mailed and paid via check. If this is the case we will not be able to complete the Title Report as turnaround time could be weeks.
Are you able to complete custom reports?
We do NOT offer custom or modified reports. Our research team is trained to complete Parcel Review report templates only. Please review our sample reports so you know what to expect.
Do you offer discounts to land investor groups?
We are not affiliated with any land investor groups. Although, we do run quarterly promotions for our customers as well as pop-up promotions from time to time. Check out our promotions page for details on our next scheduled promotion.
