Step 2. Return to this page and complete our report request form. An internal account will be created with the contact information provided in the report request form below (please use the same contact information for all services to avoid confusion). 

Step 3. Your report will be processed and completed within 4-5 business days. You will receive an email containing a link to your report and your updated account balance.

*Please note, if you purchase a discounted report package, your credits will never expire and you may use them as needed.  

*Pro tip, if you would like email confirmation for each request submitted, please use the check box at the bottom of the submission form "send me a copy of my responses".
